New Product Release | Fully Automatic Food Can Sealing Machine
We are pleased to introduce the LD801 Fully Automatic Inline Can Sealing Machine, developed to meet the needs of modern food, beverage, and condiment production lines. Designed for high efficiency and stable performance, the machine uses roll-fed heat sealing and automatically completes bottle feeding, film cutting, sealing, and product discharge. With a one-in-two-out layout, it seals six bottles at a time and achieves an output of 400–600 bottles per hour depending on container size, material, and filling characteristics.
The LD801 features a 7-inch color touchscreen, Taiwan-made PLC control, and a photoelectric tracking system for precise film alignment. A digital temperature controller ensures consistent sealing quality. The machine supports sealing diameters from 50–250 mm and can be customized for round, square, and rectangular containers. It is compatible with a wide range of materials including plastic composite films, aluminum foil composite films, PP, PE, PET, and PS.
Built with stainless steel, the machine is durable, hygienic, and easy to integrate into a fully automated production line, significantly reducing labor costs.
